The Security Forces killed a Terrorist Commander Ghafoor alias Jaleel in an Intelligence-Based Operation (IBO) in the Bajaur district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) said on Saturday.

The ISPR said that terrorist Ghafoor alias Jaleel was a close acquaintance of Moulvi Faqir Muhammad and was involved in many terrorist activities.

During the exchange of fire with terrorists, one Security Official got injured.

Separately two more terrorists were killed in a clearance operation in the Boyaa area of North Waziristan district conducted by the Security Forces.

The ISPR said that terrorists were spotted fleeing from Mohammad Khel Village towards Vezda Sar, and killed during the exchange of fire.
