Nisar says 2 suicide bombers have entered Islamabad, asks rallies organizers to cooperate

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The federal minister for interior Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has said that according to the intelligence reports two suicide bombers have entered Islamabad, and asked the organizers of the PTI and PAT rallies for extending cooperation with the security agencies.

In a press conference in Islamabad on Saturday, the interior minister said that the administration has laid a security cordon around the rallies of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PTA).

The interior minister said that all important buildings and embassies are in the Red Zone and no one will be allowed to cross the Red Zone.

Nisar also categorically made it clear that the government will not intervene in any political or democratic activities in the country.
