Moscow, Russia:  Saudi King Salman has arrived in Moscow on his four-day visit.

King Salman will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin on October 5 while Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev will have meeting with King Salman on October 6.

“Middle East situation would be focal point during Russian-Saudi Arab dialogue” reported Russian media.

Saudi Arab and Russia have contradictory foreign policy in Middle East where Russia is using its military to stabilize Assad regime while Saudi Arabia is putting all resources to removed Assad from power. Russia and Iran stand together in Middle East while USA and Saudi Arabia are on other side of political seesaw of Syrian crises.

Regional experts believe that Saudi Arabia will offer an investment of over one $billion to Russia during the visit of King Salman and a Russian-Saudi investment forum will be held  before the meeting of King Salman with President Putin. Over 200 Russian and Saudi companies are expected to attend investment forum.

Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak while talking to US media indicated that Saudi Arabia and Russia would sign an agreement of over $1.1 billion for Russian petrochemical company Sibur to build a plant in Saudi Arabia.
