“Flight was going to take off at 3 am but due to fog they kept us waiting in the plane until 6 am. We had to deplane and wait another couple hours to board. We boarded the plane and now they want us to deplane again because flight crew cannot leave while another plane took off. Management has not been straightforward with us and told us to go on another plane which took off. Now they want us to wait for another 10 hours so crew can rest but fog will remain. Shahid (name of person) one of the management says plane will leave tonight at 10,” said Fatima Numan.

When DND News Agency tried to contact Qatar Airways Lahore office number+92 42 3630 8499 and 92 42 36307455, there was no response and nobody picked the phone despite several attempts to call them and take their official version.

Majority of passengers on board were those who were flying to United States via Doha.
