OVAL, United Kingdom: Undoubtedly Pakistan have so far been the better side than England in the fourth Test at the Oval and most likely to level the series 2-2 on Sunday unless England find a way to survive.

Younis Khan’s brilliance with the bat and Yasir Shah’s re-emergence on third day of the fourth Test made Pakistan look much more lethal and better competitor as compared to previous two games against England.

By now, England are still trail by 126 runs with 6 wickets remaining after Pakistan took a 214-run lead over England after both the team had finished their respective first innings.

England were on 88 for 4 in their second innings at stumps on Friday after Pakistan were bowled out for 542 in reply to former’s first innings score of 328.

Four top batsmen of England including Alastair Cook, Alex Hales, Joe Root and James Vince became the victim of Pakistani bowlers last evening on their individual scores 7, 12, 39 and 0 respectively. While Gary Balance on 4 and Jonny Bairstow on 14 were still occupying the crease till the end.

From Pakistan, Yasir Shah bagged 3 wickets and Wahab Riaz took 1.Yasir Shah

Earlier in the morning, Pakistan resumed their first innings with 340 for 6 and with Younis Khan’s 218 runs, Sarfaraz Ahmed’s 44 and Muhammad Amir’s 39 managed to put 542 runs on the board.

England’s Steven Finn and Chris Woakes took 3 wickets each while Moeen Ali took 3. Likewise, James Anderson and Stuart Broad picked up 1 each
