The Prime Minister's Laptop Scheme for the talented students has formally been launched.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme for the talented students has formally been launched.

The Chairperson Prime Minister Youth Programme Maryam Nawaz Sharif distributed laptops among students at that Fatima Jinnah Women University in Rawalpindi on Wednesday.

The scheme is an attempt to enhance the scope of research and quality education in the country and increase the access to information technology.

Under the scheme, 98,000 intelligent students will be provided laptops across the country.

The process will be completed by the end of the next month.
