RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Pakistan has successfully carried out night training launch of surface to surface ballistic missile Ghaznavi, the Dispatch News Desk (DND) news agency reported.

In a Tweet on Thursday, the Director General Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor said that the Ghaznavi ballistic missile is capable of delivering multiple types of warheads upto 290 kilometers.

The Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Zubair Mahmood Hayat and the Services Chiefs congratulated the team over the successful launch of Ghaznavi ballistic missile.

President Dr Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Imran Khan also conveyed appreciation to the team and congratulations to the nation.
