Pakistan attending international defense industry exhibition in Poland
Islamabad, Pakistan: Minister for Defense Production Rana Tanveer has departed for Poland to attend 25th international defense industry exhibition MSPO Expo.
According to official information released on Sunday, the Federal Minister will attend exhibition on invitation of Minister of National Defense of Poland. Rana Tanveer will also meet delegates of different countries on sidelines of exhibition.
It may be mentioned that Poland’s International Defence Industry Exhibition is one of the largest in eastern Europe and will start this year on September 5. Exhibition will continue till September 8, 2017 in Targi Kielce.
Exhibition includes several exhibitions, conferences, award announcements and B2B activity.
According to Poland, Kielce Defence Expo is third largest military show in Europe and ranks after Eurosatory of Paris and DSEI of London.
The world’s leading defence industry companies are participating in Expo having their stalls and showcasing their products.
The President of Poland Andrzej Duda will inaugurate Expo in which defence production companies of Poland, Germany, France, Norway, Great Britain and the United States are participating.
The defence-industry key players including Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS, Nammo AS, Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems GmbH, MBDA, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin Corporation and Saab Technologies Poland have their stalls this year.
It is expected that 25,000 visitors would attend the event and 620 companies from 30 countries will showcase their defence products.
Exhibition will showcases products including Land, Air and Sea Defense Technology equipment.
