Pakistan army to continue operation till all terrorists are eliminated: COAS

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif said on Friday that the Pakistan Army will continue operation against the terrorists till they are completely eliminated.

The COAS expressed these thoughts at Pak-China Special Services troops’ joint exercises on Friday in Cherat near Peshawar, according to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.

The army chief said that armed forces are determined to flush out the terrorists with their highly skilled trained and professional expertise even from remote and hard areas. He said that army will also wipe them out from their hideouts.

General Raheel said that there are special relations between Pakistan and Chinese armies and hoped that these exercises will be beneficial in elimination of terrorism.

The army chief commended the role of Special Service Group in the success of ongoing operation Zarb-e-Azb.
