ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The National Press Club (NPC) will organize Family and Media Festival on January 28 (Saturday) with an aim to entertain the citizens of the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, according to an official of NPC.

There will be number of activities which would attract masses in the family festival, the NPC official said.

The NPC official said that a number of stalls including cultural music, media corner, youth corner of different schools & colleges, and of various non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and embassies would be set up.

The official further said that talent hunt show and other social/cultural activities would also be held in the festival.

NPC President Shakeel Anjum and NPC Secretary General Imran Yaqoob Dhiloon were re-elected for the second consecutive year in the annual NPC Election 2017.

Earlier this month, the officer bearers of NPC including the President Shakeel Anjum and Secretary General Imran Yaqoob Dhiloon were re-elected for the second consecutive year in the annual NPC Election 2017.

Being a representative body of journalists, the National Press Club has regularly been organizing various festivals, programs and workshops etc. besides making other efforts for the welfare of Journalist Community.
