Register in Insaf Imdad Program and receive Rs 12,000

Insaf Imdad Package - Stricken by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak, millions of daily wagers and deserving people are applying for the Insaf Imdad Program, and uptil now 15 million people have applied to receive an amount of Rs 12,000 per family. The registration process via SMS, Insaf Imdad Website or Insaf Imdad App was initiated on April 1, and it will end on April 7.LAHORE, Pakistan: Stricken by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak, millions of daily wagers and deserving people are applying for the Insaf Imdad package Program, and until now 15 million people have applied to receive an amount of Rs 12,000 per family.

The registration process via SMS, Insaf Imdad Website, or Insaf Imdad App was initiated on April 1, and it will end on April 7.

Initially, the package was worth Rs 4,000 per family across Punjab; however, later at the request of the Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar, Prime Minister Imran Khan decided to enhance the financial aid for impoverished and deserving families from Rs 4,000 to Rs 12,000.

Therefore, now 2.5 million families throughout the province will receive Rs 12,000 under the Ehsaas Program and Insaf Imdad Program.

The Punjab government has offered three modes of filing applications. The applicants may seek financial aid through any of the following modes;

Insaf Imdad Website:

The applicants require to browse to the website https://insafimdad.punjab.gov.pk/ and fill out the application form.

Insaf Imdad App:

The applicants require to Download Insaf Imdad App from Google Play Store, and fill the details in it.

Or

SMS

Write an SMS following the pattern as “Imdad CNIC Number Mobile Number FullName” and send that to 8070.

As per the Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar, following the verification of the applications submitted by April 7, Rs 12,000 will be transferred to 2.5 million families on their Mobile and CNIC Numbers under the Insaf Imdad Program.

The Chief Minister said that the provincial government will also transfer Rs 12,000 to the deserving people listed in the Ehsaas Kafalat Program and the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) data.

Furthermore, he said that they are also taking further initiatives to facilitate the daily wagers badly affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. He said that additionally, they themselves are distributing the ration in sealed areas.
