KARACHI, Pakistan: The seven-day Joint drill of Special Service Groups of Pakistan Navy and Indonesian Navy ‘Sea Thunder IV’ concluded in the open sea of Karachi on Saturday.
The fourth annual maritime exercise was aimed at exchanging professional expertise, operational preparedness and contacts between special operation forces.
As per the Pakistan Navy Spokesman, Ships of Pakistan Navy, Sea King helicopters and Special Forces boats took part in the drill.
The Spokesman said that during the drill, operations were also conducted in Arabian Sea to counter terrorism.
The exercise was a reflection of strong military relations between Pakistan and Indonesian Navy.
