Karachi, Pakistan: Indian intelligence agency RAW placed its agents in Sindh Administration during the last 20 years.

According to details, law enforcing agencies have found a data bank of information that RAW placed its agents in Sindh Administration.

“Ciphering information gathered during an operation while hunting a terrorist group in Karachi disclosed that a good number of “Agent-in-Place” are working in Sindh administration”, claimed a source close to law enforcing agencies.

According to the source, appointments were made in last 20 years.

Meanwhile, another source maintained that law enforcing agencies have started collected data of provincial appointments during the last 20 years.

“Backgrounds of employees would thoroughly be checked although many of such agents might have got retirement and some of them have surly gone to higher grades. Majority of appointments were made in lower grades from grade 6 to grade 12 of provincial administration. We have to evaluate and check how many were just “Floaters” (a person used one time or even unknowingly) and how many were “Nuggets” (joining for money, sex, or career opportunity)”, commented the source.

It is pertinent to mention that Sindh had been ruled during the last 20 years by Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP).

Meanwhile, PPP circles maintain that information about alleged placement of Indian agents in Sindh administration must be checked thoroughly before tagging any innocent person as “India agent” for political benefits.

When asked to comment, one senior PPP leader on the condition of anonymity said that such information could be a media campaign to harass government employees who have political backgrounds.

MQM circles are of the view that they would not comment on such information because party is (was) going through a sensitive phase and we (new leadership of MQM) cannot take responsibility what happened in past. It may be mentioned that MQM Pakistan has disintegrated itself from MQM London whose circles had been ruling Karachi during the last 20 years.
