ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Imran Khan will depart for a two-day official visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on September 19, the Head of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Public Relations Azhar Laghari told on twitter on Friday.

The prime minister will perform Umrah in Makkah and also meet the Saudi leadership.

From Saudi Arabia, the prime minister will leave for the United States to participate in the 74th Session of United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

Imran Khan will arrive in New York on September 21 to attend the UNGA Session and he will address the World Community on September 27. He will meet the US President Donald Trump twice in Washington. His first meeting with the US president will be at a luncheon and another during a high tea.

The prime minister is also scheduled to hold talks with world leaders and apprise them about the Kashmir issue.

It would be Imran Khan’s second tour to the United States since he assumed the Office in August last year. Earlier in July 2019, Prime Minister Imran Khan visited the US and met the President Donald Trump at the White House.

Earlier today while addressing a huge public gathering in Muzaffarabad, the prime minister said that he will raise the voice of Kashmir at all International Forums including the UN general assembly as an ambassador of Kashmiris.
