RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Three female passengers and two Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Ladies had a fight at Immigration Counter of the Benazir Bhutto International Airport in Rawalpindi on Saturday.

In a statement, the FIA revealed that the scuffle broke out at 1200hrs today between a family – comprising of three ladies Haseena Begum (Norwegian Passport no. 30898242), Fouzia Umer (Passport no. 30087854) and Fatima Omer (Passport no. 30898593) – and two FIA ladies.

The FIA told that three female passengers came to the FIA Immigration Counter and started abusing Counter Official Noshila Bibi (Lady Constable) and asked her that there were no toilet papers in the washrooms. The FIA Counter Official politely replied that it was not her job but in response she abused and tried to slap her.

Subsequently scuffle broke out as two FIA ladies and three passengers slapped each other and pulled each other hairs.

The FIA Supervisors and Airport Security Force (ASF) Staff diffused the situation and referred both parties to Police Station (PS) airport of Rawalpindi Police for proper inquiry.

Meanwhile, the Director FIA has ordered an internal inquiry and tasked incharge airport to find proper facts and fix responsibility.

The Director FIA said that the respect of passengers is the first priority of the FIA and at same time no one shall be allowed to abuse government officials.
