RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Zubair Mahmood Hayat held a meeting with the Australian Chief of Defence Forces Air Chief Marshall Mark Binskin in Australia during his official visit.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that during the meeting with the Australian Chief of Defence Forces, the CJCSC discussed matters of mutual professional interests with particular reference to global and regional security environments.CJCSC General Zubair Mehmood Hayat in Australia

The ISPR said that the CJCSC also held separate meetings with other Australian Armed Forces Service Chiefs, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and other Australian officials.

The Australian dignitaries appreciated high professional standards of Pakistan Armed Forces and their valued contributions in regional peace and stability.
