ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Establishment Division on Tuesday issued a notification, announcing the appointment of Arshad Mirza as the Secretary of Ministry of Information, Broadcasting & National Heritage.

Arshad Mirza has replaced Ahmed Nawaz Sukhera for the Post of the Secretary Information.

Prior to his appointment as the Secretary Information, Arshad Mirza was posted as the Secretary Interior.

Likewise, Ahmed Nawaz Sukhera has been posted as the Secretary Federal Education and Professional Training Division and Yousaf Naseem Khokhar has been posted as the Secretary Interior. Earlier, Yousaf Naseem Khokhar was posted as the Secretary Energy and Power.

The Establishment Division also notified transfers and postings of other top federal bureaucrats, according to which, the Chairman Federal Bureau of Revenue (FBR) Tariq Mehmood Pasha has been posted as the Secretary Statistics Division.

Mehmood Ayub Sheikh has been posted as the Secretary Kashmir Affairs, Dr Sultan Azam Taimuri as member of National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA), Sanaullah Abbasi as IG Gilgit Baltistan, Rukhsana Yasmeen as the Chairman FBR, Captain (retd) Arif Nawaz Khan as the Secretary Narcotics Division, Muhammad Amir Zulfiqar Khan as IG Motorways, the Chief Secretary Sindh Rizwan Memon as the Secretary Energy, the Director General Passport Ishrat Ali as the Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA), and the former Chief Secretary Balochistan Aurangzeb Haq has been posted as the Secretary Establishment.
