RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah held a meeting with the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at the army’s general headquarters in Rawalpindi on Friday.
In a press release, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that they discussed matters of professional interest including cooperation between the two Services in ongoing Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad and overall military operations during the meeting.
The ISPR said that the COAS congratulated the Chief of the Naval Staff on successful conduct of recently concluded Naval Exercise AMAN-2017 which was not only an acknowledgment of Pakistan Navy’s standing as a Service in international maritime security regime but also a national landmark.
