America will hold first ever Military Parade in Washington DC
Monitoring Desk: First time in modern history, military parade will be held in Washington DC.
“Military vehicles will roll through Washington on November 11” said a Pentagon memo reported by Associated Press.
Military parade will be held on the instruction of President Donald Trump who had directed Pentagon to hold a large-scale military parade to contributions of veterans throughout the history of the US military, starting from the Revolutionary War and the War of 1812 to today.
Parade will also include Air Show and its route would be from the White House to the Capitol Hills, where Trump will review his troops surrounded by veterans and Medal of Honor recipients.
Military experts believe that President Trump wishes to show military might of US to the world as China and Russia do by holding their military parades.
It is believed that US media would tell people that US does not want to show military might rather would like to remember those who gave their lives for freedom of country.
It is pertinent to mention that Department of State is planning to invite heads of NATO allied member states to watch the parade along with President Trump. However decision in this regard would be announced later.
