NewsAllegations of Ayesha Gulalai must be probed: PML-N leader

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hanif Abbasi on Wednesday said Ayesha Gulalai’s allegations regarding Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan must have been probed.

While talking to media representatives in Islamabad, Hanif Abbasi said Pakistan should have been saved from immoral Imran Khan.

The PML-N leader said Ayesha Gulalai was her sister and he saluted her courage to expose immoralists. He said he had also been telling that to the nation since one and half years what Ayesha Gulalai claimed a day before.

Hanif Abbasi said mothers and sisters of the nation should have boycotted PTI processions. He alleged the honour of females was disgraced in PTI processions.

Moreover, he said if Imran Khan was innocent he should have presented himself for accountability.

“I will salute Imran Khan if he presents his blackberry to examine it,” he said.

Hailing from Waziristan, Ayesha Gulalai became the member of the national assembly in 2013 on PTI ticket on a reserved seat for women.

However on Tuesday, Ayesha Gulalai announced to quit PTI, accusing that party did not guarantee respect and dignity to women.

Ayesha also alleged that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak had been involved in massive corruption and distributing jobs illegally among his relatives.

Ayesha Gulalai also demanded disqualification of Imran Khan under articles 62 and 63 of the Constitution.
