Operation Radd-ul-FasaadNawaz Sharif satisfied over gains of Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday expressed satisfaction over the gains of operation Radd-ul-Fasaad and appreciated the role of armed forces.

It happened when the Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa held a meeting with the prime minister at the PM House in Islamabad.

   

During the meeting, matters pertaining to professional preparedness of Pakistan army, current security and border situation of the Country were discussed.

The Chief of Army Staff also apprised the prime minister about the progress made in the ongoing operation Radd-ul-Fasaad,

“The Prime Minister expressed satisfaction over the gains of operation Radd-ul-Fasaad and appreciated the role of armed forces of Pakistan for their matchless sacrifices towards the national goal of achieving peace in the country,” said a statement issued by the PM House.

The meeting between the two leaders occurred a few days after a Military Court awarded death penalty to Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) agent Kulbhushan Yadav on charges of espionage and sabotage, and building a fence at 2,400 kilometers long Pak-Afghan border began.

Both the developments were denounced by neighbouring India and Afghanistan.
