Nawaz Sharif to leave for New York on Tuesday

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, accompanied by a small delegation, will leave for the United States tomorrow (Tuesday).

During his visit, the prime minister will address the 69th annual session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York on Friday.

The prime minister will also co-chair UN Peacekeeping Summit along with the US Vice President Joe Biden and a few other world leaders.

On the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, the prime minister will hold bilateral meetings with many world leaders.
