ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi visited the National Defence University (NDU) in Islamabad on Thursday, and addressed the course participants of the National Security and War Course.

In his address, the Naval Chief emphasized the participants to keep themselves abreast with emerging technology to deal with a complex security environment.

   

The Naval Chief reiterated that success in military operations can only be achieved through jointness.

Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi dwelled on initiatives and developmental plans of the Pakistan Navy and emphasized that the Pakistan Navy remains at the forefront in ensuring safety and security of International water through collaborative maritime security and the regional maritime security patrol (RMSP).

The Chief of the Naval Staff highlighted the potential of Pakistan’s immense maritime resources for the growth of the national economy.

The Naval Chief paid tributes to the sacrifices of the Pakistan armed forces for the defense of the Country. He also appreciated the efforts of the NDU in grooming officers of armed forces on future challenges.
