Eligibility Criteria for Families:

Families with a monthly income of less than Rs 50,000 can register under the Ehsaas Rashan Programme. If eligible, only an approved member of a family will be able to avail Rashion subsidy.

Procedure for Registration of Families:

A family member has to send SMS from mobile sim issued on his own Computerized Identity Card (CNIC) number (without dashes) to 8171 for registration. Only one member from each family will be eligible to register in the Rashan Programme.

Eligibility Criteria for Kiryana Shopkeepers:

Kiryana shopkeepers of either small, medium or large-scale operating anywhere in the country need to have a bank account and android phone for registration. Android phone is required for Kiryana merchants to serve the subsidy through mobile point of sale (mPos)/ Ehsaas Kiryana app. Those without bank accounts can open their accounts in any bank.

Procedure for Registration of Kiryana Shopkeepers:

Kiryana shopkeepers from all over the Country can register through the Ehsaas Rashan portal https://ehsaasrashan.pass.gov.pk/. The Kiryana shopkeepers must have a valid bank account and mobile sim issued on their own CNIC for registration. Those without hank accounts are being facilitated to open their bank accounts National Bank of Pakistan (NBP).
