KARACHI, Pakistan: In an impressive fire power display during the Naval Exercise ‘Naseem Al Bahr XIII, the Pakistan Navy, the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF), and the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) demonstrated the combat readiness through Live Weapon Firing in the North Arabian Sea.

The Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi and the Commander of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces Vice Admiral Fahad Bin Abdullah Al-Ghofaily witnessed the occasion.

During the Live Weapon Firing, the Pakistan Navy and the RSNF Ships, and the RSAF Aircraft successfully engaged respective targets.

The fire power display during the ‘Naseem Al Bahr XIII’ exercise is a manifestation of the Pak-Saudi strategic relationship and a mutual resolve to enhance cooperation in dealing with maritime threats.

The Pakistan-Saudi joint naval exercise began on October 3 with an aim to consolidate the existing strong bilateral relations between the Pakistan Navy and the Royal Saudi Naval Forces.

The exercise includes joint conduct of maritime security operations across the traditional and non-traditional warfare domains thus enhancing interoperability between both the navies.
