ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has said that the Mother and Child Care Hospital (MCCH) Rawalpindi and Nullah Leh Expressway project will be completed in the tenure of the present government.

Talking to the media persons in Islamabad on Wednesday, he said that Sheikh Rashid will talk to the Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar tomorrow for the commencement of work on the Nullah Leh Expressway project.

Speaking on the occasion, the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on National Health Services Dr. Faisal Sultan said that the Mother and Child Care hospital will be the most modern facility and it will be completed during the current year.

Dr. Faisal Sultan said that some basic functions of the hospital will become operational much earlier.

Responding to a question, the interior minister said that the people of Pakistan will express solidarity with the Palestinian people on Friday.

A gathering will also be held at Lal Haveli Rawalpindi keeping in view the COVID SOPs.
