ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Monday announced uninterrupted power supply to its consumers on 9th and 10th Muharram ul Haram.

Talking to the state-run news agency, the IESCO’s spokesman said, there will be no power load-shedding in the whole region including Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Jhelum, Attock and Chakwal.

He said this announcement has been made on the directive of IESCO’s Chief Dr Abdul Jabbar.

He said the complaints’ cell would remained open round the clock to address consumers’ issues during the two Islamic holy days.

The spokesman said the consumers could also lodge their complaints by sending SMS to 8398 or call on toll free number 118.
