ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that there will be no compromise in the ongoing operation against encroachments and land mafia across the province.
“Operation against land mafia and encroachments will be brought to its logical end and the operation will continue without taking any pressure,” the Chief Minister said while presiding over a meeting of the members of the Punjab Assembly from Sargodha Division at Punjab House in Islamabad on Tuesday.

Operation against encroachments & land mafia continues across Punjab
Usman Buzdar said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government will bring an end to the corrupt system and a new local government system will be introduced in Punjab.
During the meeting, a strategy to make PTI’s doctor Waseem Shehzad successful in the Senate election was also discussed.

Meanwhile, a full-fledged anti-encroachment and anti-land mafia operation continues in different Cities of Punjab.
During the operation in Lahore, heavy machinery is being used to raze the buildings on encroached lands and over 31,000 kanals of state land and 35 acres of forest department is being vacated.
A permanent anti-encroachment cell has also been established in Lahore to monitor the drive and two teams have been constituted to carry out the operation smoothly.
