ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: A new National Anthem of Pakistan will be released on August 14, the 75th Independence Day.

In a series of Tweets on Saturday, the former Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Chaudhry Fawad Hussain expressed the pleasure that in compliance of his special instructions, the project of recording the national anthem with new musical instruments has been completed.

Chaudhry Fawad Hussain said that most of the programs prepared in connection with Pakistan’s 75th Independence Day have now been canceled by the federal government; however, he added that PTI will celebrate its 75th anniversary in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in a befitting manner to propagate the concept of true independence.
