With the advent of Ramadan, the Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced the “Ramadan Negahban Package” to ensure the provision of food items including flour, ghee, and sugar to every eligible household at their doorstep during the Holy Month.

Who will benefit from Ramadan Negahban Package?

While addressing a Press Conference in Lahore on Wednesday, Maryam Nawaz said that over 35 million deserving people of Punjab will benefit from the Ramadan Negahban Package.

Ramadan Packages to be delivered at doorstep

The Chief Minister said that the people will not have to stand in lines for Ramadan Packages during fasting days but the Packages will be delivered to everyone at his doorstep.

Earlier a day ago, the Chief Minister also presided over a meeting on the transparent distribution and monitoring of the Ramzan Negahban Package.

The meeting was briefed that a transparent, foolproof system has been devised for the provision of Ramzan Package among beneficiaries.

The Chief Minister was briefed about the distribution of Punjab’s largest Ramzan Relief Package in the history.

During the meeting, it was apprised that the distribution of the Ramzan Package is being supervised with the help of the live dashboard and modern technology.

The meeting briefed that a helpline has also been set up for complaints.

The Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz directed to ensure the high standard of quality of items in the Ramzan Package.

Maryam Nawaz said that she will not tolerate any compromise on the quality of items including flour, ghee, sugar, and other edible items.
