NationalDr Yasmin Rashid orders grand operation against illegal dentists

LAHORE, Pakistan: The Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmin Rashid has issued directives for launching a grand operation against illegal dentists.

While addressing the first International Dental Conference at University of Health Sciences in Lahore on Wednesday, Dr Yasmin Rashid said that the Workshop would help create awareness among the participant medical students. She noted that research is inevitable in every health department.

The health minister further said that the Punjab government is taking initiatives to bring real change in state-run hospitals across the province.

Dr Yasmin Rashid said that the previous government committed massive corruption and left development projects unfinished, and merely increased its own assets.

The minister also urged the need of compiling complete database of patients suffering from dental disorders.
