NationalBalloting Results of Hajj 2020

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Ministry of Religious Affairs held the balloting for Hajj 2020 in Islamabad on Thursday through which more than 107,526 intending pilgrims were picked from a total of 1,49,330 applicants to perform the religious rituals in Saudi Arabia under the government scheme.

The balloting waa performed by the Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Sahibzada Noor-ul-Haq Qadri.

Unsuccessful applicants in the balloting continuously for the last three years were automatically declared successful.

The results of the balloting for Hajj 2020 have been uploaded on the Religious Affairs Ministry Website.

The intending pilgrims have been advised to contact on these numbers 051-9205696 and 051-9216980-82 for any guidance and information.

Under the Hajj Policy 2020, 179,210 Pakistanis will perform the sacred religious obligation this year, of whom, 107,526 pilgrims will perform Hajj under the government scheme while the remaining under the private scheme.

Some 10,000 seats under the government scheme have been reserved for senior citizens.
