ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Shaikh Aftab Ahmad on Thursday said that a uniform prayers timing will be observed in the Capital Territory and talks are being held with the provincial authorities to extend it to other parts of the country as well.Â
In the question hour, he said that a meeting was held with Sindh government in presence of Ulema where in the initiative was appreciated.
He said that arrangements are also being made for prayers in all educational institutions.
Parliamentary Secretary for Religious Affairs Khalil George said that a separate section has been established in the Ministry of Religious Affairs to monitor the services of tour operators towards the Hujjaj.
