CAIRO: An Egyptian court on Saturday awarded life sentence to Muslim Brotherhood leader Mohamed Badie and 36 others for inciting the violence in the country after the army overthrew President Mohamed Morsi in July last year.
The court also confirmed death sentences for 10 other supporters of the Brotherhood.
Badie has already received death sentences in two other cases.
