It is pertinent to mention that PTI has huge financial resources at its disposal and has been active in hiring foreign firms for its media management.
It may be remembered that former President Asif Ali Zardari in April 2022 claimed that PTI social media is far ahead of any political party because it is designed by foreigners and Goldsmiths’ family is behind Imran Khan. He was referring to the ex-wife of Khan Jemima Marcelle Goldsmith and her family who is part UK cabinet.
Talking at Capital Talk program of Geo Television, answering questions of senior anchorperson Hamid Mir he said that social media has become a lethal weapon and PTI social media is far ahead of any political party because it is designed by foreigners and Goldsmiths family is behind Imran Khan. He stated that the sitting Minister of the UK who is a relative of Imran Khan released an objectionable statement in favor of former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
