ISLAMABAD: Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq says media has an important role to promote democracy and strengthening of democratic institutions in the country.
He was addressing a reception hosted by Parliamentary Reporters Association in Islamabad.
To a question  the Speaker said corruption will not be tolerated in the National Assembly and Committees. He said all the deputationists in the National Assembly will be repatriated to their parent departments.
