MediaFPI offers fellowship programme for journalists

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: An International Organization Foreign Policy Interrupted’s (FPI) has offered Fellowship Programme for its third cycle of fellowship program.

Women academics, entrepreneurs, journalists, students and business professionals ages 25 and older can apply, said a press release on Friday.

The FPI’s fellowship program aims to diversify voices and opinions in the foreign policy space, offering media training and mentoring at partnering media institutions.

The program has two core components: a six-week online module, followed by a nonresident “externship” with a major media outlet, lasting one to three months.

Candidates must be fluent in English and demonstrate engagement in foreign policy matters.

The deadline to apply is June 27, 2016.
