 It is an easy and quick chicken recipe  when you don’t have time to cook. This dish goes fabulous with rice and potatoes.

Ingredients:

Skinless and boneless chicken breasts 4

Garlic cloves (minced) 4

Olive oil 4 tablespoon

Spices some optional herbs as desired

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F

  2. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and coat with oil by using brush.

  3. Cook the garlic with oil in a sauce pan unless tender.

  4. Turn the heat off and stir in brown sugar (Add optional herbs and spices).

  5. Now take the prepared baking dish and place the chicken breasts in it, and mix garlic and brown sugar.

  6. Put some black paper and salt.

  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
