LAHORE: Railways management announced this stop- restoration programme on the directives of Federal Minister Khawaja Saad Rafiq in order to facilitate the passengers of the area.

The Pakistan Railways has announced to restore five stops of the trains in the Punjab province with effect from on Tuesday.

Pakistan Railways spokesman Muhammad Ejaz Shah told our correspondent Muhammad Abrahim Kawan today that the Awam Express‚ which runs from Rawalpindi to Karachi via Lahore‚ will now make its stop at Gujjar Khan also.

The Rawalpindi-Karachi bound Tezgam Express train‚ which runs via Lahore‚ will now make its stopover at Mian Channu‚ Lahore-Karachi bound Karachi Express train at Khanewal‚ Sargodha-Karachi Millat Express train at Abdul Hakim and Lahore-Faisalabad Badar Express train at Farooqabad.
