Israel’s military has announced seven hours of ceasefire to allow in humanitarian aid and enable displaced people to return home. Moreover the ceasefire will not be applied to the town of Rafah where Israeli forces are engaged and still operating.
According to reports 55 rockets were fired from Gaza Strip at Israeli territory on Sunday. The case behind the humanitarian ceasefire is that “Israel” was openly criticized for attacking on UN school two times in less a week. Military spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Peter Lerner states that “We do not target UN facilities. Indeed in the early hours of this morning, the IDF targeted a group of terrorists on a motorcycle – at least two people, that were adjacent to the school, at high speed. We struck them and we are currently looking into the consequences of this strike.”
