Chariman of PTI Imran Khan has fallen from lifter who was fitted on Shezore truck. He was being Lifted to the stage when he fell down. Imran Khan is badly injured and now he has been rushed to nearby hospital.

The PTI Chairman received a head injury as a result of the fall. He was seen bleeding, in a semi-conscious state as he was rushed away from the site of the accident.

Khan fell due to a sudden imbalance of the wood planks on the lifter due to an increase in weight as his security personnel accompanied him towards the stage.

Three security personnel were also injured as the group fell off the lifter.

“He has been taken to Shaukat Khanum hospital,” PTI member Imran Ismail said.

“He has lost [quite] a lot of blood and since, there was no ambulance we have taken him in our private cars.”

 

Ambulances are an essential part of protocol, but Khan only had a security squad along with him at the rally.

Khan was supposed to address nine rallies in total today, from Ghalib stadium he was headed to Raiwind for a rally and then back again to Lahore.
