CHITRAL: Heavy rains triggered flash floods in different parts of northwestern Chitral valley, blocking roads and flooding streams, washing away houses and agricultural fields.
Road between Chitral and Kalash Valley has been blocked due to torrential rain and land sliding.
According to official sources‚ eight houses have been completely destroyed and standing crops were also affected.
Rain and flash floods have affected many houses in different areas of Chitral district, including Kalash valley, displacing a large number of people.
