LAHORE: MARIA.B., a Pakistan’s leading designer brand, has announced a new range of winter wear specifically for the MARIA.B Evening Wear and MARIA.B. Casuals Winter lines, according to a press release issued on Monday.

The latest collections are now available at all MARIA.B. outlets and major retailers nationwide and online through www.mariab.pk.

The MARIA.B. Casuals Winter Collection takes its inspiration from earthy bohemian chic & modern western cuts and features layering, capes, shrugs and funky prints in a cohesive range of traditionally eastern and western styled clothing for women of all ages.

The pret collection features a mix of silhouettes including jackets, capes, funky shrugs, kurtas and cigarette pants embellished by screen, block, digital prints, silk thread embroideries, shiny gold thread, diamantes and pearls.

The line is available in three piece suits and separate kurtis in a distinct colour palette of pastels, earthy tones and deep hues based on linen, khaddar, pashmina and cambric. Outfits in the new collection are available in the price range of PKR 2,500 – 6,500.

For the new MARIA.B. Evening Wear Winter Collection, the brand has introduced two new distinct lines, one that is fresh and aesthetically eastern whereas the second line is more progressive and avant-garde.

The ready to wear collection is available in three piece suits and single piece shirts and features kurtis, angrakhas, capes and gowns with traditional and modern embellishments. Expect a diverse colour palette of pastels, deep and earthy tones and bright dynamic shades on luxe fabrics such as silks, nets, cotton nets and chiffons. The outfits have been embellished through traditional hand embroideries of kora and dapka. Sequins, tilla and beads have also been used with foil, screen and digital printing.

The collection offers a diversity of choice in finely stitched, flowy formal fabrics in a variety of silhouettes priced between PKR 9,000 – 25,000.
