- You would have to enter a 14-digit Numerical Reference Number in the given box.
- Double-check your reference number for any discrepancies; you’d prefer to avoid mistakes, or you wouldn’t be able to timely locate your bill.
- After correctly entering your reference number, click on submit button.
- The system automatically generates your current electricity bill.
- Print your bill.
- Some reference numbers are revised, so make sure you enter the full 14-digit reference number to avoid any confusion.
