Almost every house owner goes through the monthly hassle of paying WAPDA bills. While former practices of paying WAPDA bills were full of frustrating experiences, the government has made it easier for consumers to pay online WAPDA bills.

For those who find it difficult to understand the online bill payment processes, we have gathered all the important details that you need to know for your online WAPDA bill details.

To check your WAPDA bills online, you can download the official application on your smartphone. This app runs smoothly on smartphones and reflects the accurate information of bill payment.

If you want to download your bill to your computer, you can use the following steps to generate your WAPDA bill online and download it.

  • Locate your reference number. When checking for online bills, you should always have your reference number written somewhere.
  • You would have to enter a 14-digit Numerical Reference Number in the given box.
  • Double-check your reference number for any discrepancies; you’d prefer to avoid mistakes, or you wouldn’t be able to timely locate your bill.
  • After correctly entering your reference number, click on submit button.
  • The system automatically generates your current electricity bill.
  • Print your bill.
  • Some reference numbers are revised, so make sure you enter the full 14-digit reference number to avoid any confusion.

Please note that the method for checking the electricity bill online is the same for all the electric companies operating under the government of Pakistan.
