Five more Civilians injured in Indian unprovoked firing along LoC LoC - The Indian army troops continued to unleash unprovoked firing on Civilians along the Line of Control (LoC), and injured five more Civilians including two innocent boys and two elderly women, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said. In a statement on Monday morning, the ISPR said that the Indian troops resorted to unprovoked ceasefire violation in Nikial Sector along the LoC late last night, targeting the civil population. Resultantly, five Civilians including two innocent boys and two elderly women suffered injuries. Resultantly, five civilians including two innocent boys and two elderly women suffered injuries.

The ISPR said that Pakistan army troops responded effectively to the Indian firing.

On the Line of Control, ceasefire violations by the Indian security forces continue unabated.

In the first six months of 2020, the Indian forces have committed 1,595 ceasefire violations which resulted in 14 shahadat and serious injuries to 121 innocent civilians.
