KashmirCOVID-19 stricken Indians may feel pain of Kashmiris: Mushaal

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Mishaal Hussein Mullick, the wife of Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Yasin Malik, has expressed sympathy with Indian citizens who are facing history’s worst crisis due to the new Coronavirus wave.

In a statement, the Chairperson of the Peace and Culture Organization said that the Indian citizens are in great trouble because of the new wave of the deadly virus.

Mushaal Mullick said that the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K) have been facing the world’s worst atrocities and terrorism at the hands of brutal Indian forces.

Mushaal said that the situation in India is quite painful but the Indian citizens, who are well-aware of the plight of Kashmiris, might feel the pain of the people of the scenic valley.

The Hurriyat leader lamented that Indian citizens, who kept a close eye on the hardships and barbarism facing the Kashmiri people for their sole crime to demand their just and birthright.

Mashaal went on to say that Kashmiris are cut from the rest of the world for over one year, as occupied authorities clamped down the worst lockdown and curfew in the valley.

The Kashmiri leader added that now Indian people are facing a knockdown due to the fast spread of the virus in the Country, hence they must have now understood the difficulties of Kashmiris as well.

Mashaal Mullick demanded that keeping in view their own hardships, Indian people should press their government not only to stop ongoing oppressions and cruelties in Kashmir but should force it to resolve the Kashmir issue as per UN Security Council resolutions and aspirations of Kashmiri people.

The Kashmiri leader said that the fascist Indian government might learn lesson from the prevailing crisis and give Kashmiris the right to live.

Mashaal said that nowhere in the world, there is any example of the atrocities committed by 900,000 Indian troops against Kashmiris.

“India should resolve the Kashmir issue so as the region can develop,” she pleaded.
