For the first time in the history of the Pakistani government, any prime minister has dared to take an initiative that promotes entrepreneurial spirit.

What Is PM’s Kamyab Jawan Program?

It is a government initiative to support unemployed Pakistani youth by granting Kamyab Jawan loans from 10,000 to 5 million to financially support their businesses. It helps the youth of today take their idea and put them entrepreneurship training so they can implement them for the betterment of society. If you have an idea, you go through rigorous training, get into an incubation program to make sure you are implementing it and graduate from it when your startup is on the way to see the light of the world.

Why Kamyab Jawan Program?

There is no doubt there are dozens of incubation programs available, but why one more? With this program, the government is completely facilitating the entrepreneurs of tomorrow in making the idea happen.

This program is for first-time entrepreneurs who have never set up a business before. They get a good look at the journey that awaits them and how they can tackle everything that comes their way to establish a business.

Moreover, it also includes the practical knowledge and basic foundations of entrepreneurship and its socio-economic impact on society.

Who Is It For?

This program is open for all students and entrepreneurs from partner Universities, Madaris, Colleges, Technical Institutions, and early-stage startups. If you are a student who wants to set up a business or are already working on one, you can join this Practical Entrepreneurial program.

You will be allowed to work on your idea, take it to the next level with real-time feedback & practical implementation and get funding & investment opportunities to launch it as well.

Registration Requirements

The program does not have a rigorous set of requirements to be followed. Here is what all you need to have to apply for the Program:

  • Men/Women/ Transgender with valid Pakistani CNIC
  • 21-45 years of age
  • Undergraduate or graduate student at Madaris, Universities, Colleges, and Technical Institutions. Your major does not matter
  • Be accountable for monthly program goals, feedback and the capacity to act on suggestions
  • Commitment to learn
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Self-motivated and self-driven

How To Apply?

The program begins on 27th April 2020. Those who wish to become a part of it and deem themselves eligible as per the requirements above, go to this link to register for the Program Cohort 2.

It has to be RSVPed and complete details have to be filled to be registered as an attendee. You will be asked to sign up for an account at the portal.

Once done, click on the RSVP and you will be good to go.
