The Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar has been designated as autonomous institution with a Board of Governors as prescribed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Reform Act 2015.

| Draftsman (For Combined MEP & Civil Works) | DAE (Civil) with Certification of AutoCade with 5 years’ experience |
| Carpenter | Matric & Diploma/Certificate in wood work with 5 years’ experience |
| Aluminium Technician | Matric with 5 years’ experience |
| AC Technician | DAE (RAC) or 2 years Certificate G-I/II (RAC) with 3 years’ experience |
| Oxygen Plant Technician | DAE (Mech) with 3 years’ experience in Oxygen Plant Systems |
| Generator Operator | DAE (Mechanical) or G-I level Mechanical Certificate with 3 years’ experience |
| Electrician | DAE (Electrical) or G-II level Electrical Certificate with 3 years’ experience in electrical power control cables |
