Systems Limited, a mid-scale company with 5001-10,000 employees, has taken the initiative to increase IT awareness for the masses. The company has partnered with the Ali Institute of Education and announced its “IT Mustakbil (ITM) Training Program”. ITM will be dedicated to IT upskilling and re-skilling especially amongst women to enhance their chances of work opportunities.

This program aims not just to present a surplus of employment opportunities but also to enable a digital tomorrow for Pakistani men and women alike. They believe that this will help revolutionise IT & its exports in the country.

Most software houses and IT companies don’t encourage newbies or women in the industry. Still, Systems is breaking the barrier, and they are bound to become market leaders when it comes to inclusivity, women empowerment and equality in the IT sector.

None of the prominent IT companies focuses this much on branding and CSR, but maybe the time has come to think beyond a bubble and stakeholders whilst we credit Systems for taking a step forward in this direction.

This ITM diploma course will focus on teaching the following to its students:

  • Introduction to CS
  • RDMS & Graph Databases
  • Power Apps & Power BI
  • Node JS/React JS, JAVA Full Stack/Angular
  • ERP, CRM & Salesforce
  • E-Commerce & Supply Chain

Who can take the ITM program at Systems?

ITM offers a Diploma in Computer Science;

  1. Professionals with up to 3 years of experience
  2. Graduates with 16 years of education in:
  • Computer Science
  • Engineering
  • Mathematics
  • Statistics

Faculty members from the country’s top leading universities & IT Professionals will teach this 6-month diploma. Currently, there are only 100 seats available.

The program’s selection criteria are dependent on 50% of your academic record, 20% of the entry test and 30% will be reliant on your interview.

When and where will the IT Mustakbil Training Program classes be taken?

The classes will start in July 2022. They will be held on-campus at the Ali Institute of Education (Ferozepur Road, Lahore). There will be two timeslots like in universities. There will be a morning shift and an evening shift.

What will the ITM classes by Systems Ltd. cost?

The program will charge a 3000 PKR tuition fee per month.

Is there a deadline to apply for the ITM program?

The application deadline for the ITM program is 15th of July, 2022
