ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR) of Pakistan Armed forces has released patriotic song “Tu Salamat Watan Taa Kiamat Watan” (Long Live my Motherland till the Day of Judgment) is the theme of this new song.

ISPR released another patriotic song on Independence Day of Pakistan on August 14 with theme as “Ae Watan Tere Bhala ho (Bless you my Country). Song was sung by top classical singer Shafqat Amanat Ali Khan.

ISPR has taken a lead role to ignite patriotism among people particularly youth through blood warming patriotic songs it produces and releases on every national day.

The production team of ISPR does not only produces songs but documentaries films to engage youth of the country with Nationalism— a binding force to fight against enemies of Pakistan.

While keeping in mind high pace music, national narrative, symphony and lyrics, latest song has unique element of mixing traditional history of martyrdom linked with officers and soldiers of Pakistan with civilians who sacrificed their lives in recent war against terrorism. This unique element will help to undermine traditional narrative of psychological divide of “Civilians and Soldiers”. It may be mentioned that Director General ISPR Maj Gen. Asif Ghafoor emphasized during his last press briefing that there is no divide of “Civilians and Soldiers” and every Pakistani is a soldier to fight for his or her country.

Song has deep and meaningful lyrics, complex beats perfectly sync with each other while powerful vocals are expertly sync with the music. Song has stunning outro with perfect Intro.

Song starts with surprising use of musical elements but leading by powerful vocals.

Lyrics indicate that Pakistan was achieved with the sacrifices of many generations and country is the identity of every Pakistani in the world.

Using flag of Pakistan symbolically, poet says that when moon appears then star twinkles. It is pertinent to mention that Pakistani flag has white crescent in the centre and a five-pointed white heraldic star.

In promo, collage made out of photos of recipients of Nishan-e-Haider (highest military gallantry award) also include photos of those who sacrificed their lives for country during war against terrorism that Pakistan is fighting since year 2006.

Martyrs of war against terrorism like deceased politician Bashir Ahmad Bilour from Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa can be seen in promo. Bashir Ahmad Bilour was killed by a suicide bomber of Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) on December 22, 2012.

One can see photo of Shaheed (Martyr) student Aitzaz Hasan Bangash who died on January 7, 2014 while preventing a suicide bomber from entering his school at Ibrahimzai village of Hangu.

One can see Shaheed journalist Nasrullah Afridi in photos who was killed by terrorists on May 11, 2011.

Shaheed DIG Traffic Captain (retd) Ahmed Mubeen is seen in promo with a smiling face. Ahmed Mubeen was killed by terrorists on Lahore on February 13, 2017

A Photo of Assistant Director ISI Usama Lashari who was martyred in Balochistan on July 23, 2016 while performing his duties is one of the leading faces in promo.

A young 23 year old Shaheed Flying Officer Marium Mukhtiar can also be seen in collage. It may be remembered that Flying Officer Marium Mukhtiar sacrificed her life when she averted crash of his Pakistan Air Force (PAF) FT-7PG aircraft over a town and kept trying to fly out of populated area although she could inject herself out of crashing aircraft and save her life. She sacrificed her life near Kundian in Mianwali District on November 24, 2015.

There are several faces of young Martyrs of Pakistan Army in collage of song.

This song like previous song would surely become popular once it is release officially on September 6, 2017 n connection with Defence Day of Pakistan.
